1. The corrugated pipes for metal compensators, expansion joints, and expansion joints are formed of thin-walled stainless steel plates, so be careful not to knock, scratch, arc, welding spatter and other reasons during transportation, lifting and welding. The tube is damaged.
2. In order to keep the bellows in a good working condition, the deformation of the metal compensator, including axial, lateral, torsion, etc., cannot be used to correct the installation error of the pipe system during installation.
3. The installation of metal compensators, expansion joints and expansion joints should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the piping system construction drawings and the compensator installation instructions.
4. The bellows and foreign objects in the pipeline should be removed before installation to ensure the normal movement of the bellows.
5. The compensator with flow direction requirements should be installed according to the requirements of the medium flow direction arrow.
6. The pipes for installing metal compensators, expansion joints, and expansion joints must be properly guided and fixed to make the compensator work. Therefore, the setting of the guide and fixing bracket must be carried out in strict accordance with the relevant technical data of the design department. 7. After the metal compensator, expansion joint, and expansion joint are installed, remove all yellow-painted transportation fixing screws before the system runs.
