This schematic diagram of the factory floor plan is not for a certain project, but only lists the selection of some position compensation joints:
1. The water intake to the water pump room is not on the same foundation plane. In order to prevent the deflection of the pipeline under the action of water hammer in the process of foundation settlement and opening and closing, a spherical compensation joint should be provided at the straight pipe to compensate for the deflection of the pipeline ; There should be a large deflection loose sleeve compensation joint in the inclined pipe part, which has a certain amount of deflection angle while compensating for the axial displacement;
2. In the water pump room, the two sides of the pump should be equipped with power transmission joints. Single flange power transmission joints or double flange power transmission joints can be selected according to the connection mode to facilitate the installation and disassembly of the pump, and connect the pump to the pipeline As a whole, the force is dispersed and protects the pump;
3. The connecting pipe between the water intake pump room and the water distribution well should also be equipped with spherical compensation joints or large deflection loose sleeve compensation joints;
4. The filter tank has V-type filter tank, sand filter tank, carbon filter, etc., and the pipeline valve between the sedimentation tank and the sedimentation tank should be equipped with force transmission joint or limit expansion joint according to the actual situation;
5. Spherical compensation joints or large deflection loose sleeve compensation joints can be selected for the pipelines of the filter tank, clean water tank and water pump room;
6. Both sides of the pump in the water pump room should be equipped with power transmission joints;
7. There is generally a drop between the water pump room and the main line, and spherical compensation joints should be provided at the straight and inclined pipes.
Factory Plane
On long-distance water pipelines, valve wells on straight pipelines without bends or inclined pipes should be equipped with force transmission loose sleeve expansion joints; in the pipe bridge part, the joints of straight pipes and inclined pipes should be equipped with spherical compensation joints. On the pipe bridge, 1 to 2 large deflection loose sleeve compensation joints can be selected according to the length of the pipe bridge; force transmission joints should be provided next to the valves with branch pipes and three-way parts.

Generally, there should be a valve inspection well for 2~3Km on the pipeline, equipped with compensation joints; on the double-line pipeline, generally 5~8Km, it should be connected by connecting pipes, and the valves on the straight line of the main pipe should be equipped with limited expansion joints and connecting pipes. There should be a force transmission joint next to the valve.

The transformation of the original pipeline, including the laying of branch pipes and the impact of new buildings on the original pipeline, has forced the original pipeline to change its original layout. In this case, a retractable force transmission joint must be used next to the valve on the branch pipe. The use of ordinary expansion joints cannot withstand the water hammer formed during the opening and closing of the valve, and the blind plate force of the pipeline after closing, which seriously affects the performance of the valve.
